Vantreese New Home – Stamping Ground, KY

Dan and Kerri Vantreese wanted an energy efficient home in the relaxing countryside of Stamping Ground. They worked very hard on their dream home and now they have a wonderful “oasis” in the woods.

This home has geothermal heat, structurally insulated wall and roof panels and a Superior Wall precast foundation system. The first floor features a spacious greatroom with large structural wood beams, a kitchen, two bedrooms, bath, passive solar entry room and a loft overlooking everything. Underneath the main floor is a full unfinished basement. The exterior of the home has a nice deck to lounge and enjoy the natural setting.

The first floor has 1,006 SF, the garage has 901 SF in a full poured concrete basement and 328 on the second floor and a 160 SF loft.
