Odehnal Renovation – Stamping Ground, KY

Odehnal Renovation - Stamping Ground, KY

We recently completed a renovation for Helen Odehanal on her home situated in a beautiful county setting outside Stamping Ground Ky.

We completed a new home down the street for a wonderful couple Dan and Kerri Vantreese. If you are interested in their home... it is in our newsletter archives. After a couple of meetings CMA was selected as the contractor for the Odehnal renovation.

I hope you enjoy seeing this beautiful, energy efficient and functional renovation. Helen is smart, sharp and was alot of fun to work with during the renovation. Home renovations where the client is living on the renovation site can be very stressful. Helen took the hardships in stride and kept us moving forward. Please read on... as all of us have put in alot of hard work and want to show it off to you!

Fine Addition – Equestrian Estates Subdivision – Lexington, KY

Fine Addition - Equestrian Estates Subdivision - Lexington, KY

Bill Fine loves his current home located on Spring Crest Drive in the Equestrian Estates Subdivision. His only problem was that he had his collection of antique coffee grinders scattered all over his house. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a dedicated space to display his wonderful collection? In comes CMA.

Our plan designers worked closely with Bill on this garage and bonus room addition and renovation. All efforts we made to match the period design on the old house with the new addition, so the total look from the street was consistent.

The construction started with the initial demo work on the existing 2 car garage in order to renovate and convert it into his prized showroom. We then added a new two story three car garage addition with a bonus room above.

Project cost: $60,500

Total Sq Ft – 1,680

Cost per sq ft - $36

"Thanks guys for a job well done. Having access to good subcontractors was the key to my success!"
