Lake House Renovation – Shady Lane – Jamestown, KY

We bought this new home in Jamestown on Lake Cumberland and then decided to add a master suite, glassed in porch and underneath that a garage. We enlarged the size of the screened in porch and built a grilling porch between the new addition and the existing house. We added a laundry room and hall to connect the new addition with the existing home.

The cost was right at $60K for the total addition and renovation.

I hope you enjoy the pictures of the build. The stonework was done by Stonemasters out of Georgetown and most of the remaining work was sourced locally through Jeff Abernathy who is an excellent builder in this area.
