Dan and Kerri Vantreese wanted an energy efficient home in the relaxing countryside of Stamping Ground. They worked very hard on their dream home and now they have a wonderful “oasis” in the woods.

This home has geothermal heat, structurally insulated wall and roof panels and a Superior Wall precast foundation system. The first floor features a spacious greatroom with large structural wood beams, a kitchen, two bedrooms, bath, passive solar entry room and a loft overlooking everything. Underneath the main floor is a full unfinished basement. The exterior of the home has a nice deck to lounge and enjoy the natural setting.
