Chris and Laura Askern built their dream home on their family farm outside Butler KY. They both were wonderful people to work with during the build. As Chris frequently travelled with his job Laura was the main Project Manager.
The first floor of their home has 2,033 SF, the second floor has 812 SF, the garage has 560 and there is a large full basement at 1,960 SF and a bonus room of 745 SF. The main floor features a large master bedroom suite with 2 vanities walk-in shower and tub with ample closet space and a large dressing room. There is also a library, utility room, office, kitchen with breakfast nook, large great room with masonry fireplace, a formal dining room and foyer. The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
I hope you enjoy seeing this beautiful, energy efficient and functional home that the Askern’s worked very hard on.
